只需幾個簡單步驟，即可在飛機上享受無線上網體驗：
步驟一：切換裝置至飛航模式
登機後，請先將手機、平板或筆電切換為「飛航模式」，再開啟 Wi-Fi。
步驟二：連接機上 Wi-Fi
待飛機爬升至 10,000 英尺後，打開 Wi-Fi，搜尋並連接「STARLUX_Galactic_Wi-Fi」。
步驟三：開啟瀏覽器登入
裝置連接成功後，開啟任一網頁，系統會自動導向登入頁面。
連接後，若歡迎頁面並未自動跳出，請開啟瀏覽器並輸入以下網址: “http://wifi.credit”。

機上 Wi-Fi 使用限制
不支援的功能
無法進行系統或應用程式更新、語音或視訊通話、雲端資料存取（如 Google Drive、iCloud 等）、或點對點檔案傳輸。
可能影響連線的情況
Wi-Fi 訊號可能因飛機未達巡航高度、天氣、領空限制、衛星訊號不穩、設備維護或其他技術問題而中斷或無法使用。
退款說明
若是免費提供的 Wi-Fi 體驗服務，不提供退款或補償。

Most major airlines are equipped with Wi-Fi services. However, whether Wi-Fi is available depends on the airline and the specific flight. Here are some common scenarios:
- Domestic Flights: UNI Air, Mandarin Airlines, and Daily Air do not currently offer Wi-Fi services. [Note 1]
- International Flights: China Airlines, EVA Air, and STARLUX Airlines all provide Wi-Fi services (not necessarily free, as usage depends on each airline’s plans).
- Low-Cost Airlines: Tigerair Taiwan does not currently offer Wi-Fi services.
[Note 1]: On domestic flights, passengers are allowed to use mobile phones, tablets, e-readers, or “small portable electronic devices” weighing 1 kg or less. From the time the cabin doors close until the aircraft lands and exits the runway, all transmission-enabled electronic devices must disable voice calls or switch to “airplane mode” and turn off Wi-Fi functionality. When the aircraft is flying outside the territory of the Republic of China, the use of portable electronic devices must comply with local regulations. Cabin crew will notify passengers to adhere to local restrictions on electronic device usage when necessary.
